OK - so first off I just realized that March is almost over and secondly it is supposed to be in the 60's in upstate New York today!  Here is what I am planning on today:

Hello!

It's a beautiful day! I think Spring in starting to spring! Yay! Kenny got a BBQ grill for his birthday and so we've been using the heck out of it and will again tonight!

LilMs and I weigh in tonight, so be thinking of us! I'll have everything for dinner ready to go on the grill, so Kenny can start cooking it while we're at meeting

Sure is nice to see you posting Meredith! Your menu looks good.

Today is my workout session with Wil and Kim, so think about me at 6:30 tonight!  Last week I was sore for 2 days!!!  And it was deep in the muscle.

Daily Point Total = 23 pts

Breakfast:
2 Nutragrain cinnamon waffles = 3 pts
Decaf spearamint tea = 0 pts
