Coe and Cassi....sorry to upset you!!!  I knew I was in trouble when I got your messages!!!    I"d call one or both of you, but I just got home and I'm starving so I'm eating while typing.  I had my cell on when you two called it, but I was walking with Kim.  Her uncle passed away suddenly and the funeral was today.  They don't think he knew the Lord.  We were talking about things.  I didn't recognize the number right away, so I didn't answer!  Sorry!

Things have been hectic here and I just haven't been on the boards.  I'll head over to the soup bowl and tell you about it there.

I do have some weight loss news though.  Tuesday night at Wil's, he did our numbers again.  The time before had been 2 weeks ago.  My weight had gone up some that week on his scale.  I was still using the WW scale at that time.  He also has a special piece of equipment that figures the body fat and BMI.

Anyway, Tuesday according to his stuff, I had loss about 4 lbs.  My body fat went up 0.1%.  But he said 0.1 is not a lot on body fat.  It is on BMI though.  My BMI dropped....0.4%!!!  He said that is huge for 2 weeks!  I"m excited!  I can't see it on the scale...but the other numbers are showing it.  In the last month and a half, I have dropped 1.2% on body fat!!!!
