1 cup bell pepper(s) 1/2 cup cooked white beans 1/2 cup cooked black beans 1/2 cup cooked kidney beans 1/2 cup cooked pasta 1 small shallot(s) 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
combine in a bowl and toss together. salt and pepper to taste.
