Monday, Feb. 19th

Daily Point Total = 23 pts

Breakfast:
2 slices light bread = 1 pt
1 wedge Light Laughing Cow = 1 pt
1 peach yogurt = 1 pt
Diet green tea = 0 pts

Used = 3 pts    Left = 20 pts

Lunch:
LC Pepperoni French Bread Pizza = 6 pts

Used = 6 pts    Left = 14 pts

Dinner:
Chilli = 4 pts
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese = 1 pt
Salad with light olive oil dressing = 1 pt
100 cal pack = 2 pts

Used = 8 pts    Left = 6 pts

Snacks:
Popcorn = 1 pt
1 small apple = 1 pt

Used = 2 pts   Left = 4 pts

I'm being a buttinski again! LOL
I was wondering ... you say you have 5 fruits/veggies in for today. I'm only seeing one (or 2) with the salad (not knowing what or how much salad fixin's) and 1 with the chili beans? So 2 or 3. Where are the others coming from?

I hope this doesn't sound snotty! It's not meant to ...

I count my salad as 2 due to what all I put in them.  I also put tomatoes and stuff in the chili for 2 more.  I am getting apples at the store today and am planning on having that for a couple of snack later....just forgot to put it in my post.   I have to post most times while waiting on customers....like this one...I have waited on at least three!    I'll fix it now.

Diet mandran orange green tea = 0 pts

Used = 3 pts  Left = 20 pts

Lunch:
SO Macaroni & Cheese = 5 pts

Salad with fat free italian dressing = 0 pts
1 small apple = 1 pt

Used = 7 pts     Left = 13 pts

Snacks:

10 baby carrots =  0 pts

Wednesday, Feb. 21st

*Not feeling too hot today.  Between AF and sinus drainage, I'm feeling Yuck!  And so my eating will show that...don't have much of an appetite.


Breakfast:
Nutter Butter 100 cal granola bar = 2 pts
Popcorn = 1 pt

Used = 3 pts    Left = 20 pts

Lunch:
2 Flatouts = 2 pts
1/2 cup fat free shredded cheese = 2 pts

Used = 4 pts    Left = 16 pts

Snacks:
Mini York peppermint patties = 2 pts (they help when I'm sick to my stomach)
Cheese and crackers pack = 2 pts

Used = 4 pts    Left = 12 pts
