Forget the whole week, I can only plan for today


Breakfast:
1 cup special K with red berries (They didnt' want to waste ink with printing Strawberries on the box?)
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 orange

Snack AM

handful (1 ounce according to my scale) cashews,  8 ounces of water

2 points

Lunch

Ham and swiss sandwich (two slices of light italian bread, 1T Fat free Mayo, 2T mustard, 2 oz of 98% fat free ham and one slice of fat free swiss)

1 oz of reduced fat ruffles potato chips

water

6 points


Afternoon snack

1 container of light yougrt  1 point


Dinner

Since I am home today, eye or round cooked in the crockpot with red potatoes, carrots, onion, celery and garlic

3 oz of meats, 1/2 cup of potatoes. 1/2 cup of carrots onion and celery  6 points

20/22 points points.
