Oh well....it was expected.....

At least it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  According to my scale yesterday morning, I had gained 2.5, but at WW last night it was 1.8 so not AS bad.  Then I get home and hadn't even been there 10 min and Aunt Flo dropped in for her visit.  So I should complain too much....that is probably 1/2 of it.

Our last weigh in for this 10 session will be the day we are taking off (possibly) for our anniversary trip....I'd love to be 8-10 lbs lighter by then.

I'm going to work hard this week, watch my bs, and make sure I get those activity pts in with my workouts.  Hopefully that and getting Aunt Flo gone by next weigh in will show a difference!!!!

Don't be hard on yourself. Remeber one day at a time. Sometimes I think the harder we push ourselves or say we want to be at this weight by this time we inturn make it harder for ourselves. I know I used to beat myself up about not losing one week or just losing a little the next week and I would get so mad because I was so good. A few times I would just say forget it and go off for a day. I knew I was over my points but I didn't write anything down for the whole day . and sometimes thats what I needed. It was like it jump started my body and then I would go weigh in and lose 4. something pounds. I know it's not a good example but we all need to splurge a little bit sometime or we will go mad and we start to feel deprived.  So far I am lucky doing maintance. I do 20 points all week and on the weekend if I go out I have whatever I want, but who knows that may change one day for me. And I think our bodies need to have a little change every now and then. Take it one day at a time and you will get there.

Thanks!!!

What you are talking about reminds me of something my pastor's wife said she had heard about that people did when that plateaued ... called Wendy's Way or Wendy's diet....something like that.  It was something simliar to restart their bodies.  I may research that some and find out what it is all about.  She said she first heard about it on WW boards.

Chelle...don't beat yourself up! You know that the gain was probably Aunt Flo...so just stick to the program and do your exercise, drink water and you'll do it.

Please be very careful about switching around with other eating plans...it can be a dangerous trap (I know...because I've been there, done that, got the t-shirt ). If you want to switch to Core one week that might really kickstart your system...or try eating more Core foods (less processed...more fresh) and still count your points. You can try that, I've done it and it works.

You are doing GREAT on your exercise...that will make alot of difference!

Take care and know that you're being lifted up! You'll do it...your half way there! Love you...Coe
