Men on WW

If anyone has any helpful suggestions for men on WW, I would really appreciate it.

My DH (Kenny) is doing this with me and LilMs and he is supposed to have about 30 points per day.

How do most men meet their points throughout the working day? He usually has a 5-6 point breakfast, a 7-12 point lunch and a 7-9 point dinner. He also has a smoothie (1 pt) around 3:30 in the afternoons. Then he's trying to fill up the rest of his points in the evening after dinner and before bed, and 1/2 the time he's not even hungry!

We're going to try to cut back on his fiber a little ... but if any of the men out there have any suggestions, they would be GREATLY appreciated!

Dont they make you sick???

I know what you mean.  David was on 24 pts before this new system and now he is at 33.  He can't get his mind switched over to that and is having a hard time, too.  Try fruits.  Or let him have a small "splurge".

I'll see what else I can find out....

Too bad they can't give a couple to us, huh???

Men on WW? My suggestion is that they should stop losing so darned much weight, so much faster than us poor, estrogen soaked babes...that's my suggestion....

Honestly, women are supposed to get at least 20 pts per day...but it may be higher for men. If he's eating around 25 or so that should be ok. If he's not hungry he shouldn't push himself...just get as close as he can.

Just don't you and LilMs get mad when he pops up and has lost a huge amount the first week...remember...we are STILL the superior gender...lol (fluffier..but superior...lol) Love ya girl. Colette
