I had my first weigh in tonight. Yay me! It's about time, right Coe?! LOL
Well, I guess I'm officially off and running now!
LilMs is disappointed -- they won't let her register until she has a doctor's note that it's ok for her to be on the program and the note must state her weight goal. Sooo ... as soon as her medical kicks in, we'll get her an appointment and signed up. They were kind enough to allow her to weigh herself as long as they "didn't see her on the scale" , and they said she can sit in on the meetings, she just can't weigh in.
No...you don't have to put your starting weight. I didn't.
Just remember...YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
