*I don't like a lot in my chicken salad, so I came up with this last night. You could put grapes in it (I didn't have any at the house), but may have to add a pt to it...but it's low anyway. I don't like onion in mine, but adding it shouldn't add any points. It's simple and quick...what I need in life with food right now. I guessed on the servings, but I'm going on about 2 Tbsp a serving.
Simple Chicken Salad POINTS® value per serving | 1 Servings | 10 Light Meals | Ingredients
12 1/2 oz cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise 1 oz Bread & Butter Chips Pickle
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients until well blended. Use about 2 Tbsp on your favorite cracker, bread, or flatout!
