1/2 cup FF Milk (1 pt)
3/4 cup canteloupe (1 pt???)
2 cups of coffee with hot cocoa 5 pts ???

Lunch


1 cup Broccoli and carrots  0 pts
Special K 90 cal bar 2 pts.

 Dinner


Smothered Steak and Onions 4 pts
3/4 cup Frozen Mixed Veggies 0 pts
1/2 cup Butter & Herb Mashed taters 3 pts.
1 cup Nesquik Chocolate Milk 4 pts.

Points = 11


Snack

2 cups Green Tea with Mandarin Orange 0 pts.


Points = 8.5


Lunch
Greektown Gyro with
2 oz chopped tomatoes  0 pts.
7" Pita 4 pts
1 oz Sauteed Onion 0 pts.
3.5 oz Gyro  9 pts.
Cucumber sauce 5 pts.
(which I couldn't find on their menu, so used cuban sauce - also none of the items listed any fiber so these point values are not accurate.)

Snacks
Took LilMs to the movies - I had a smedium popcorn - which is better than normal! I usually can eat a whole large all by myself. I also didn't have them layer the butter ... babysteps, right?!

1/4 c. MrsButterworths syrup 4 pts

I now have I can't believe it's not butter spray (0 pts) and Aunt Jemima Lite syrup (2 pts), so that will help next time.


Lunch
1 slice Healthy Life wheat bread 0 pts
1 T Reduced Fat Hellmann's Mayo 1 pt
2 oz. Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Honey Roasted Turkey breast 1 pt
1/4 cup cucumber 0 pts

1/4 cut up cherry tomatoes 0 pts
2 tsp STAR extra virgin olive oil 2 pts.
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar 0 pts

(That darn milk is putting me over. Gotta figure out a way to drink milk without the chocolate! )

Use the skim milk and the sugar free (I believe WalMart has the kind of theirs with splenda).  Another option is use skim milk instead of water in the sugar free cocoa mix.  Hope that helps.

A little warmer today! I did better yesterday! Yeah! Now let's see how I do today. We've actually got Kenny asking questions now and wanting to participate! He's just having a difficult time understanding how his eating more is going to help him lose weight. (I MADE him have breakfast today, he normally doesn't). I'm going to post his menus here too for a little while, if that's ok to help keep track.
