OK...I always tell everyone not to be afraid to confess when they've fallen off the wagon...so here I am!
I havn't weighed in for 3 weeks...so I went today. I gained 10 lbs! OUCH!
Some of that is undoubably water weight...Aunt Flo is preparing for a visit, but some was too much pre-Christmas goodies and stress and I let it get to me.
But, I have the new program material and now I'm starting fresh. This is only a bump on the long road ahead and I'm going to reach goal...no fear about that!

Don't feel too bad sweetie!!!! We all have our setbacks...and this is such a hard time of year! Maybe the changes will help you get going again! I'm hoping they will me! If it wasn't for gettig the new material....I may be tempted to skip Thursday!!!!! But I won't!!!!

Sometimes we all have those little set backs, sometimes we need go off every now and then and with the holiday's it's so hard not too. The important thing is that we pick ourselves up and start again. I myself didn't go last week because I knew I gained due to the holiday and the fact that before it I was so busy I just wasn't eating my points throughout the day. I wasn't going to go today but I have to face reality and get on that scale. I just hope it's not too bad seeing that I have hit goal and I am in maintanance, but I still have 3 more weeks of it so hopefully I will be able to pull it off. Wish me luck. Will let you know how I did.

Well not too bad to say I at so much over New Years. I did gain but it was only .8 lbs. I told the leader it was ok and I would take it. So I am still under goal and have 3 more weeks to go. I'm glad I went because if I didn't go I may have continued to fall off the wagon. My sister on the other had was a chicken and didn't go. But she is life time and only has to go once a month. But she did worse than me by about 10 lbs.
Well it's a new year for all of us and we will try to do the best we can. Good luck to all.
