I was doing really well right until Halloween and a trip to my grandparents. I pretty much stopped being OP and went back to my old habits. I gained back about 8 pounds of what I lost :(
Anyways, last week I happened to weigh myself & I was at 180 (I had been down to 172). Monday I started back on track & I weighed myself at 176.5 today :)
I think we all get off the wagon once in a while. Sometimes we need it but it is good that you got back on. I went off this weekend so i don't know what will happen when I weigh in on Wed. But I have hit goal and I'm in maintanance but I want to lose a bit more so I have that little cushion for the times I fall off the wagon. As long as we pick ourselves up and brush ourselves off we will do ok. Keep up the good work.
