Not to brag...but...I LOST -4.4 LBS THIS WEEK!!!


For a grand total of -65 pounds gone I don't know why my ticker says 65.2...it's really 65, but oh well...gone is gone!

I just have to polish my halo this week and be very good at Aunt Nancy's Christmas dinner on Saturday. Guess eating that big salad on Saturday paid off!

   Way to go!!!! CONGRATS to you.   Pat yourself on the back. And you did it through the Thanksgiving goodies.  You should be proud of yourself.

Shhh!  Don't tell David about the nagging!!!! 


I saw my leader today at CBS.  She had to weigh in today.  She gained!  1.6!  I felt for her.  She keeps her weight below her goal, so she does have some play. Plus AF came for a visit today for her.  But I have to admit...it encouraged me some....if the leaders gain sometimes...then I can gain...sometimes!!!


So keep those good thoughts going around 5:30 or so tonight!
