I am down 1.8 pounds. That is with jeans on and dirty ones at that.  We had the missionaries over for dinner and I cooked Salmon, veggie couscous, steamed Califlower and carrots, and even made a cake.  I didn't have time to change my pants before I had to be to my meeting.
