*Good morning dear ones!  Weigh-in day for me....hopefully I'll be changing my ticker tonight or tomorrow morning....to make it less!!!!

Thanks for the birthday wishes you two.


 


My Breakfast is 1 cup of cream of wheat, 1/2 cup of 2% milk, 1T of flaxseed oil, and 2 clementines. 


 


I am going to help make pinatas for our c hurch halloween party at a sister's house at 10


Lunch will be 6 inch veggie delight, no cheese, just veggies on whole wheat, 4 points and a diet soda


 


Then spend the afternoon at the Temple.


 


Dinner afterwards at O solo Me O, (Italian)  And I will get a doggie bag and bring Half of what I order home.


THen Cake and Ice cream at my party
