10/17~Tuesday...it's gonna be a long one...

*...esp. since mine pretty much started at 1:30am!  Our electricity went out due to the storms (one house next to us and the house kinda across the street had it...we were the first to not have it) and David went out and drove around to see what he could find.  He got back and set his cell phone alarm (about 2:30 at this point)...but we really didn't get back into a good sleep.  I must admit...showering in the dark was an experience!
Oh...and my eating may be off today....my blood sugar is up (to top it all off) and I don't have much of an appetite.

I'm glad that you all are ok! We had rain here but it wasn't a storm, just slow, soaking rains that we really needed. It's supposed to warm up into the low 70's today. Hope everyone has a good day...and Chelle...watch those sugars...take care of yourself. As of this morning, my scale is going in the right direction...actually it has been most of the week. I just hope Friday's buffet debacle doesn't rear it's ugly head at weigh in tomorrow morning. Have to get Sam off to school now...and go buy cat food before my beasties turn on ME! Have a great day everyone. Love you...Colette

I know what your kitties mean Coe   Mine is probably sooooo mad at me right now.  I hated to leave her (the winds were freaking her out all night....even when we left), but we had to come in today.  At least the electricity is back on now (We finally got the answering machine to pick up about 8:15 which means the electrity is back on) so the heat should come back on, too.
