Daily Point Total = 22 pts


Breakfast: 
Big pretzel (don't ask) = 3 pts
1 wedge Light Laughing Cow cheese = 1 pt


Used = 4 pts     Left = 18 pts


Lunch: 
Salad with fat free Italian = 0 pts
Lean Cuisine Pepperoni French Bread Pizza = 6 pts


Used = 6 pts    Left = 12 pts


Dinner: 
Salad with fat free Italian dressing = 0 pts
2 servings my easy veggie soup = 4 pts
Saltines = 2 pts
1/2 cup sugar free low fat ice cream = 2 pts


Used = 8 pts    Left = 4 pts


Snacks: 
1 packet Strawberry Newton Minis = 2 pts
Popcorn = 1 pt

It's my monday.


 


Breakfast  2 oz of pork loin, wrapped in flour tortilla with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and lime juice  1 cup of Apple cinnimon herbal tea  5 points


Snack 6 oz light yogurt 2 points


Lunch Joel is getting a bologna sandwich, I will have an egg salad sandwich. (take the yolks out and use dill pickle relish instead of sweet relish and it's only 2 points per half a cup of filling) on light bread  3 points with carrots and celery sticks still 3 points


Snack, I am making M&M cookies but I am going to use applesauce instead of oil, eggbeaters instead of eggs, that should cut down on points.  8 points when I am done,


Dinner,  I have 6 chicken breast that need to be used up. going to bake them with the lemon pepper seasoning and italian seasoning and serve with roasted red potatoes and steamed cauliflower and brocoli.  5 points
