WHHOOOO HOOOOO! LOVE THE CORE PLAN!!!


I feel kinda guilty posting this since we've all been struggling for a while, but I have to!

I lost -5.2 this week!!! for a grand total of -60.2 !!!

I am back on Core and it really made a difference for me this week! I'm enjoying it too...the food is great and I'm not missing anything. I have been enjoying my pumpkin pie every day, chili, omlets, chicken, beef, soups...you name it...even ice cream bars (Heath Smart 0 point ones). So...I'm back to being a Core girl for a while.

I have been being extra good taking my walks and drinking my water, I've cut back on the coffee at work and started drinking more water instead. I'm taking 1000 mg of vitamin C a day, plus Stress B complex and green tea capsules. Come next payday I'm getting more DHEA (Tonalin) to see if I can get rid of some of this tummy fat.

So...I'm in the groove! I think sometimes we just have to shake things up a bit and get reinspired. I hope you all have a wonderful and inspiring week. Love you all....Colette

Thanks everyone! I am still eating my breads...just only once a day and NOT if you are having potatoes or brown rice that day too. But, I've found that once you cut back on them for a few days, the cravings ease up.

I had a Western Bagel (Alternative Bagel) and that's only 1 point for breakfast. I use my extra weekly points for bread and things like peanut butter...ya know..the good stuff!

I guess that my body responds better on Core than on Flex. Even when I first tried Flex I just didn't have the consistant losses that I did on Core. I think I'm such a little oinker that I can't be trusted with the freedom that Flex provides!

If I have tomorrow off (we find out tonight if we do...) then DH is taking us out to dinner at the buffet tomorrow night. I hope I get it off...I need a treat!
