INGREDIENTS
* 8 cups sliced peeled Granny Smith or other tart apples (about 5 large) * 3/4 cup sugar * 1/2 cup dried cranberries * 1/2 cup chopped walnuts * 1/4 cup all-purpose flour * 1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons grated orange peel * 1/2 cup packed brown sugar * 1/3 cup whole wheat flour * 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cloves * 5 tablespoons cold butter * 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. For topping, in a bowl, combine the brown sugar, whole wheat flour, milk powder, cinnamon and cloves. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in oats. Sprinkle over apples. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 15 servings.
