Back on Core....here we go....

Well, I've had it! After my weekend splurge I've put on about 4 lbs! It's all my fault, I did it but now I have to undo it!

I think I'm just always hungry anymore and I need more volume...Core is the answer! I'm back on Core for a while at least.

I will still post points values when I post my menu, because the new beta version of the planner at WW.com is not very easy to use. I will just eat Core foods but track the points..., should be an interesting experiment.

I lost 9 lbs on Core my first week on WW. I don't hope to duplicate that next week, but I think it should help. Basically, Core is less carbs and that is what I think is holding me back.

Have a great week everyone. Blessings, Colette

I think it is great that you do so well on both plans!  I wish I could.  Core just didn't work too great for me.  A lot of it had to do with my schedule.  I think if I was home more it would be easier.  But I love my breads....and those just aren't Core friendly!

You can do this!!!!!!  I believe in you!!!!  And you did awesome on it before.

Chelle...the whole bread, potato, rice once a day thing is hard for me too...but the less I eat the less I crave of it.

I decided that my stomach wasn't as bloated looking when I was on core...probably something to do with the Gluten (MrsP would agree with this I think! )

But, I just have to decide ahead of time if I'm going to want a baked potato or rice for dinner that night...if not, I allow myself a bagel (Western Bagel's Alternative Bagels are only 1 point and they are nice sized) or two slices of Wonder Light Bread, for breakfast or lunch. It's not too bad...but I miss my Smart One's frozen dinners.

I can still have extra goodies, just have to use my WPA and be careful that I'm keeping to the once a day carb rule.

It seems to be working...so that's good! I did allow myself a cupcake and some frozen light yogurt on Sunday for my birthday dinner. It's only once a year...and it was gooooood!

Have a good day honey. Love you, Colette
