smothered steak and mushroom


I am going to try this http://www.activeboard.com/forum.spark?forumID=71813&p=3&topicID=5471140 but with thinly sliced top round. We have quite a large latino community and I can find it at  the local butcher shop. it's all most shaved so it doesn't take very long to cook.

What I did was mix the pepper and beef broth together and marinated the meat for a few minutes. Then cooked the onions with some beef bullioun and the remaining broth and flour. It was very very good.  I took some for my lunch at work, and everyone thought it smelled really really good.
