Yes...like our dear Coe....I gained 0.4 this week....but considering my scale said I had gained 4 lbs I was thrilled!!!!
And I went last night....I almost bailed out....like last week...but I though No...that is an excuse...so I went...even thinking I had gained 4 lbs! And what a nice surprise.
I do think after Tech gets going....a new scale is on my list!!!!
But I have exercised 2 days in a row now! That is my goal this week...to be faithful in my exercise.

that isn't way bad with AF visiting. My scale says that I am still the same. See the menu on what I have on my plate today. The smell from the apple and cherry woods were so wonderful, Why can't they make air freshner that smells like that? I purposely walked through the smoke to permiate my clothes with the smell.
I always feel so much better when I go to meeting...even when I gain. It's like a girl said at our meeting yesterday..."Ok...I knew that I'd gained but I though...Big Whoop! Everyone does this sometimes and no one is going to beat me up for it." She was glad she came and so was I.
Attending the meetings really makes a difference...so I'm really proud of you!
