My easy veggie soup! (2 pts)


*Thanks so much to Coe for running this through the recipe builder for me.  My kids and hubby LOVE this.  I have made it for years.  It is super easy.  Serve it with a sandwich or salad...or just by itself!  Enjoy!


Chelle's Veggie Soup

Soups |
Ingredients

1 pound 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef
14 oz Del Monte Diced Tomatoes With Garlic And Onion
10 3/4 oz canned tomato sauce
8 3/4 oz canned yellow corn
8 3/4 oz canned green peas
14 1/2 oz canned potatoes
29 oz Green Giant Cut Green Beans, Canned
29 oz canned carrots

Instructions

In a large dutch oven or soup pot, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until all it heated through.

wonder what the points are if I used freshed veggies instead of canned and 90/10 stew meat instead of hamburger?
