LOSER! Colette, I lost your 1.8 pounds. My Goal for this week is to keep better track of my points, still work on reducing down the amount of soda intake. (I open 3 cans a day but I don't finish them) and to clean out my freezer. Tuesday, I found a half a package of popcorn shrimp and fries and popped them in the oven. I told myself that these were for the kids but the kids never had any It was just a temporary set back. A better choice would of been a jello (sugar free) or some fruit.
Keep up the good loss!!!! And good for you making goals! That's what helps us get there!
