Country Chicken and Pasta Bake (5 pts) KID FRIENDLY!

I got this recipe from one of those little Betty Crocker cookbooklets you buy at the grocery check out. I lightened it up a bit by substituting low fat products. It's really good and a great way to get veggies in your kids...and hubby! Colette

Country Chicken and Pasta Bake
POINTSŪ value | 5
Servings | 6

Main Meals |

Ingredients
2 cup uncooked radiatore pasta (nuggets...6 ounces)
3 cup cooked light meat chicken, cubed
3 cup Heinz Fat-Free Chicken Gravy (2 jars)
1 pound Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables Broccoli Carrots and Cauliflower
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup T. Marzetti Fat Free Garlic & Onion Croutons
2 TBSP promise buttery spread (fat free)

Instructions
Heat oven to 375*F. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. In a large bowl, mix pasta and remaining ingredients, except croutons and butter. Spread in an ungreased 11x7 inch (2 quart) glass baking dish. Crush croutons and sprinkle over casserole. Drizzle with melted Promise margerine.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.

that looks really good. I don't have the nugget pasta, I have bowtie pasta  so I am going to try that instead and add cream of muchroom soup since I don't have gravy.
