Ok...not happy!!!! I gained......1 lb!!!! I know that may not be a lot to some, but that puts me at least 20 lbs to goal. The chances of me hitting goal by Sept 27th are starting to diminish! Maybe I sound petty...but I was in good company last night....I wasn't the only one.
But I have no one to blame but myself. I didn't keep my quick track. I didn't exercise. I made excuses. Well, excuses are not going to get me there. If I'm going to do this....I gotta get serious!
Today is a new day and a new week. My next goal is just that next 5 lbs sticker for my book mark(which will put me at 30 total). It is an easier goal to reach.
I exercised 30 minutes this morning! I will do this!!!!!
