This is the recipe I am going try for a lighter version of my peach cobbler. I Don't have access to the recipe builder at ww Etools so if Chelle or Colette can run it and post the points I would be eternally grateful.
1 cup flour,
1 cup splenda
1 cup ff plain yogurt
3T of light margerine
3 cups of peeled and sliced peaches including juice
two splashes of lemon juice.
Toss the peaches with the lemon juice and place in a 11x9 inch baking dish. Stirl the splenda and flour together, then add the yogurt. spoon over peaches and drizzle the margerine over the flour mixture. bake at 350* for one hour.
AnnaLee...this sounds great! I had to figure it using frozen peaches (only thing close from what I had to choose from of their listed ingredients.) I figured two splashes of lemon juice might be 1 TBSP, to figure a recipe I need exact amounts. Hope that was ok. Here is what the recipe builder came up with. I can't wait to try this! Peaches are very, very low in points and soooo goood! Humm? maybe I should make a peach section and put this in it! Thanks for posting this! Colette
