7/17/2006~Monday...the beginning of a busy week!


*Do to our hectic week, my dinners are going to be slightly up in the air (I see a lot of Subway in my future).  We have VBS all week in the evenings (this is a different church since some may remember I just did a VBS), so we will be grabbing something on the way there.



Daily Point Total = 20


Morning: 
Chocolate Caramel Enchantment Chai tea = o pts
1/2 cup fat free milk = 1 pt (in chai)
Smart Portions Banana Nut Muffins = 2 pts


Used = 3 pts    Left = 17 pts


Afternoon: 
Lean Cuisine Grilled Chicken Club Panni = 7 pts
Popcorn = 1 pt
Salad with Fat free Italian dressing = 0 pts


Used = 8 pts     Left = 9 pts


Evening: 
(I'm guessing here what we will probably do)
Turkey deli sandwich from Subway, no cheese, with fresh veggies & spicy mustard = 4 pts
Light Lays chips = 1 pt


Used = 5 pts   Left = 4 pts


Snacks: 
Breyers Light Ice Cream Sandwich = 2 pt
Popcorn = 1 pt
Tootsie Roll Pop = 1 pt

Last night was my wensday, Only two more work nights for me for a couple of nights off!


 


2 AM I had instant oatmeal, 4 points 


1/2 cup pineapple 1 point


2% milk, 2 servings, 6 points


Strawberry Sugar free Jello, 0 Points


11 points ued, 19 left


 


4 AM snack

When I got home, I was so tired, I went straight to bed!


at noon,


smuckers uncrustables, PB and Strawberry Jam.  4 points

Dinner


Baked Pork Chop, (Center cut loin) 3 points

Goodie, I get to have my favorite snack! 1 ounces of Cashews and a Diet soda on the way to work!
