***lunch wasn't a BBQ, with temps into the 100's it was too hot to cook so my SIL did sandwiches. I had a 2" ribbon sandwich,  The meat together (Ham, Turkey and roast beef deli meat) fit into the palm of my hand so that is 3 oz right? no mayo, no cheese,  just lettuce and tomato and a pinch of salt on french bread.  I didn't have my scale right there to weigh it so I am guestimating it was 4 ounces so I am assigning it 6 points as a whole. No chips, I did have baby carrots and about a 1t of ranch dressing which was 2 and cucmbers.  So 8 points for lunch. With Cake, 15 points!

With using the food guide with the servings for Tuna, and noodles and cream of mushroom soup, dinner is 11 points.

Today's total, if I am correct which I am pretty sure I am not all that correct, is <b> 40 points!

I think you are doing pretty well.  It is always hard when you get together with family.  The first weekend we went to my parents, my mom made my dad's regular Sat morning breakfast....buscuits 'n gravy!  And my momma makes the best, let me tell you.  David and I just limited our selves to one buscuit and just enough gravy to cover it.  We still lost that week.

A lot of times those occationally splurges are ok...that's what your 35 WPA are for.  I try not to use mine most of the time, but there are times you know it is worth it.

You are coming along very well!  You can do this!!!!!

Thanks for the support. It really means a lot to me.  I get it from the husband and my invisible online friends. (remember that you had invisible friends that no one saw when you were 4-5 years old, now we are much older and still have friends that we talk to that no one else 'sees'.)
