Well last night was our first Wed meeting. I gained....badly...1.8 lbs!!!!!!! I would have been more disappointed if I had not been in pain.
The last couple of weeks have been rough. Due to the virus I had last week, I had not been able to drink water without getting sick until the last couple of days. So that wasn't good.
Then Monday night I had a car accident. To make a long story short, a plastic water tank in a metal cage fell off the back of a trailor pulled by a pick up and I hit it. I have been sore since then and last night my back really started hurting.
I am just really going to have to crack down. We started a new session last night (I'm in an At Work group) and are getting 12 weeks for the price of 10! My goal is to get to goal by that time. But my first goal is to lost what I gained this week.

Sorry to hear about your car crash. I know you will be sore for awhile. Glad you are ok though other than sore and stiff. Maybe that pounds is that your body is trying to protect it's self and your metabolism (oh and pardon the typo's I don't have my glasses on) isn't on it's high list of things to reve up.

Honey...I'm sorry. Don't be hard on yourself...with everything that's going on it could have been a worse gain. At least you are ok...and you will do great next week. Not drinking the water can make that difference. When your dehydrated (from the effects of the virus and not being able to drink water) then your body makes its own water...thus water weight gain.
Drink your water and stay on program..it WILL come off! You're doing great honey, and you look fantastic.
Love you...Colette
