"Last night after dinner, I had decided to watch something on the tube when my husband poked his head around the corner. He was making a ****tail for himself and asked if I'd like one. The usual yes was on the tip of my tongue, but suddenly I could see the situation almost objectively. I realized that a glass of anything gives me a case of the nibbles. It was amazing! I thought about what I was doing and said, 'No thanks, I'm fine.' Finally, I was living and answering in the moment — in reality — and not letting myself get pulled into something I'd regret. To take it a step further, I decided to treat myself right then and there, so I went upstairs and enjoyed a soak in the tub."
