*Making sure I get that water in today without overdoing it!  Today is weigh in day for me!  (Can you tell I love using that one on weigh in day!!  )

Morning: 
Smart Portions Banana Nut muffins = 2 pts
Chocolate Caramel Enchantment Chai = 0 pts
1/2 cup milk (in chai) = 1 pt


Used = 3 pts     Left = 19 pts


Afternoon: 
Pepperoni Pizza Lean Pocket = 6 pts
Popcorn = 1 pt


Used = 3 pts      Left = 16 pts


Snacks: 
Popcorn = 1 pt
Tootsie roll pop = 1 pt


Used = 2 pts   Left = 14 pts


Evening: 
DH is taking me out...just the two of us!!!  DD #1 is at camp and DD #2 will be at VBS at a friend's church...so after weigh in and meeting, we will have plenty of time to go out...so will saved some points for that!

Tomorrow is weigh in day for me.... I hope that after last week's .6 gain that I've lost...my scale says I have...but sometimes IT LIES!!! We'll see! Have a good day!!! Colette
