*It's weigh in day for me!    A little nervous....my scale shows a gain....but it weighed heavy last week, too, so I'm watching what I eat today and drinking lots of water!!!   I won't be able to stay for my meeting though....Honor Star crowning rehearsal starts the same time as my meeting. 


Total daily points:  20


Morning: 
Smart Portions Cranberry Apple muffins = 2 pts
Herbal tea = 0 pts


Total pts used for meal = 2      left 18


Afternoon: 
6 thin slices ham = 1 pt
2 slices light bread = 1 pt
1 triangle Light Laughing Cow cheese = 1 pt
6 Light tortilla chips = 2 pts


Total pts use for meal = 5 pts     left 13


Evening: 
Will eat between weigh in and practice...so whatever is convient to grab on the way!


Snacks: 
Popcorn = 1 pt
Tootsie Pop = 1 pt


Total pts used for snacks = 2 pts    left 11  (plenty for dinner)

Chelle...I love your cows, bananas and water drops...tooooo cute! Good luck at weigh in, mine is tomorrow and I'm having major water retention issues...my ankles and fingers are swollen so much they hurt. I've been cutting back on the salt but it isn't helping much. I know I've been good, so if I have a gain I'll know it's just water and should come off next week. Have a wonderful day!
