12 Minute Pasta Toss (8 pts/Core*)


12 Minute Pasta Toss

This recipe is from Allrecipes.com. It's alot of points, but very tasty and filling. To make this Core...omit the parmesan or count the points.

Ingredients

16 oz uncooked whole-wheat rotini pasta
4 breast uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 Tbsp olive oil
3 clove garlic clove(s)
1 1/4 tsp table salt
1 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp dried basil
1 1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, without oil
1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta according to directions on package.
Saute chicken, garlic and spices in olive oil. Add sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes. Add pasta and toss to combine. Add cheese.
