*Had a nice but busy weekend! 


WPA = 9 left


Morning: 
Chocolate Caramel Chai Tea with fat free milk
Puffed rice cereal
Fat Free milk


WPA used:  0   Left = 9


Afternoon: 
Fat free refried beans with fat free cheese and salsa
9 Light Tortilla chips = 2
Salad with fat free dressing
Peaches (canned with splenda)


WPA used = 2  left =7


Evening: 
Vegetable soup

Light Breyer's Ice cream sandwich = 2


WPA used = 3  left = 4


Snacks:
