Weighing-in 2 days early

I was planning ahead and thinking that since chances are I'll be out of town for Easter weekend, I'd better go ahead and go to a meeting tomorrow. That's the only other day besides Saturday that they have the meetings here.

I'm a little nervous to go early, but I guess that beats missing all together. After a fabulous last weigh-in I splurged over the weekend. BAD BAD Kassidy..I know! But I've had a great week, but that's only been like three days! Soooo, I guess we'll see what happens. Keep your fingers crosses. The meeting will be at 10a tomorrow. I'll be sure to let yall know how it goes!!

Have a great day!!

Saying a prayer for you!!!!

Don't beat yourself up about this weekend.  I splurged, too, and still lost.  I don't think occational splurging is going to hurt us...it is just doing it all the time and BIG portions!

Let us know how you do....which I'm sure will be good!

Keep on going girl...you'll do fine! I'm so glad that you're going and not skipping! Way to Go!

Ok well....

I only lost .2 lbs. BUUUUUUUT....that's still a loss, right??

I was really okay with that. A few things I considered, tell me what yall think:

First, I weighed in two days early.

Second, I weighed in after having been up for a while, had breakfast, worked out, AND drank a bottle of water afterwards. Usually, I go straight to my meeting without eating or drinking much at all, with no physical activity before hand.

I really think that might have made a difference. What do you guys think?

I might be MIA for a few days. Easter holiday with family and such. Wishing you all a blessed Easter weekend!!

Let's try our VERY BEST to be good, hehe!!!! (Easter bunny...stay away with all that chocolate and sweets! )

Kassidy, it deffinately makes a difference! I don't eat or drink anything until I weigh in. We always joke that everyone trims their nails, shaves their legs, plucks their eyebrows before weigh in...lol...can't be too careful!

Good for you on losing .2 lbs. Hey, it's a loss...take it and be happy! Any loss is a good loss when it comes to weight and you did weigh in early. That .2 might have turned into 1 or 2 if you'd weighed at your regular time.

Have a very blessed Easter, enjoy your family and don't let the Easter Bunny get ya (I have him tied up and gagged in my basement...just to keep us all safe...lol!)

Love ya, Colette

Great job sweetie!!!!  Hey....a loss is a loss!!!!!  I have had MANY .2 losses on my journey!!!!

I wish I could wieght in before eating, etc...but with my meeting on Tuesday evenings...that's not really an option!    Oh well, I'm losing and that is what is important!

It is amazing how a or two day difference can make sometimes!

You are doing great!!!!!

Hope you are having a great trip!!!!
