I am soooooooo happy!!!!!! I finally got below that number I couldn't get below!!!!!!! I lost 1.4!!!!!!!! For a total loss of 22.4!!!!! Just 2.6 to go and I get my 25 lb magnet!!!! (or is it a sticker...don't know, but hopefully in a week or two I'll know for sure!!!!)
So I must have done some good (even though I was soooo sore) walking the 4 miles the other day. Hmmmm....maybe I should do that a few times a week.

Way to go girl! I'm so proud of you! You'll get that magnet (it is a magnet...a girl got one in meeting today and I realized I never got mine...so Jan gave it to me! It's cute, a star..just like us )
I'm so happy for you! I guess maybe I should try a 4 mile hike to try to walk off my naughty lunch..it obviously works. Too bad we don't live close...we could be hot skinny babes in no time!
