*Ok....now that I am on the recovery from last week...let's see how things are this week.  Need to keep on checking in here because I have a test a week from Wed and I don't want to stress eat!!!!  Help keep me honest girls!!!!! 


Daily total:  22 pts


Morning: 
16 oz decaf mint green tea = 0pts
1 cup Total Raisin Bran with 1/2 cup milk = 3 pts
2 slices light bread, toasted = 1 pt


Subtotal:  Used for meal 4 pts       Pts left:  18


Afternoon: 
Lean Cusine 3 cheese stuffed rigatoni bowl with veggies = 4 pts
2 slices light bread = 1 pt
Salad with FF Italian dressing =0 pts


Subtotal:  used for meal 5 pts     pts left 13


Evening: 
(Have not gone to the store yet, so not for sure...but this is what I am thinking)
Lean Cusine Lasagna = 6 pts
2 slices garlic toast (made with light bread) = 1 pt
Salad with FF Cesear Italian dressing = 0 pts
Breyer's Light Ice Cream Sandwiches or Skinny Cow's (depends on what the store has) = 2 pts


Subtotal:  used for meal 9 pts  pts left 4


Snacks: 
Tootsie Pop = 1 pt
Popconr =2 pts (one for afternoon snack one for 24 snack)


Subtotal:  used for snacks 3 pts     pts left 1  (and I'm sure I'll find something for that!  )


Exercise: 
Lifted weights for arms


Milk:    1/2 cup...I'm working on it!!!
Water:    62 oz so far....no problems on this today! 
Fruits and veggies:    Yea me!!!! All 5!!!!!
