Fruit Salad Lanai (2 pts)

   1 fresh DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple
   1 firm, large DOLE Banana, sliced
   1 orange, peeled and sectioned
   1 pear, cored and sliced
     Mint sprigs (optional)
1/4 cup chopped chutney
   3 tablespoons lime juice
   2 tablespoons chopped DOLE Red Bell Pepper
   1 tablespoon vegetable oil
   2 teaspoons chopped candied ginger
1/4 teaspoon curry powder  
 

* Cut pineapple in half lengthwise through crown.  Cut fruit from shells with knife leaving shells intact.  Cut fruit into chunks.


* Arrange pineapple, banana, orange and pear in pineapple boats.  Garnish with mint, if desired.
* Combine remaining ingredients in bowl or screw-top jar.  Stir together until blended.  Serve with salad.
