1/3 cup all-purpose flour 2 tsp sugar 2 large egg(s), lightly beaten 1/2 cup fat-free skim milk 8 medium strawberries, sliced 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, eggs and milk. Stir until well-mixed. 2. Coat a large pan with cooking spray and heat. Pour 1/4 of batter into pan and cook until browned on both sides, flipping once. Repeat with remaining batter. 3. Place 2 crepes on each serving plate and top with strawberries. Drizzle with maple syrup.
