We love the simplicity of this recipe - it's a perfect early morning treat! Try it with any fruit or cereal combinations you have on hand.
1/3 cup fat-free ricotta cheese 1 tsp sugar 4 piece mint leaves, torn up 5 Tbsp ready-to-eat bran flakes, or All-Bran cereal 4 medium strawberries, hulled and sliced 1/2 large banana(s), peeled and cut into chunks
Instructions
1. Stir together ricotta cheese and sugar in a small bowl; stir in mint. 2. Spoon 3 tablespoons of cereal into a large wine glass or other clear, large glass; top with half of ricotta mixture. Layer with strawberries, remaining ricotta mixture and bananas; sprinkle with remaining cereal and serve.
