Ingredients
1 Tbsp chopped Pepperoncini (Itlaian sweet pickled peppers) 3 sprays olive oil cooking spray 1 medium tortilla, flour, fat-free (with a points value of 1) 1/2 cup Best Choice Garden Style Spaghetti Sauce (or sauce with pt value of 1) 1/2 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese 1 Tbsp reduced fat parmesan cheese 4 large olive (sliced) 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced 1/4 cup onion, chopped 1 clove garlic clove, minced 1 button mushrooms, sliced thin 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced 1/4 tsp fennel seed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large skillet, spray one servnig olive oil spray. Saute chopped onions, garlic, bell pepper, mushroom and pepperoncini until onion is tender. Do not burn garlic. Place tortilla on a baking sheet. Spray with olive oil cooking spray. Top with spaghetti sauce, fennel or pizza spice, cheese and vegetables. Top with sliced tomatoes. Spray with one more spritz of cooking spray.
Bake in oven until cheese is melted and bubble, about 15 minutes.
Cut into 4 pieces with pizza cutter and serve.
