Thanks!

Sorry I didn't see this last night...but I looked it up this morning.

The only brand that WW has points listed for is Boars Head..but I'm sure its probably the same for other varieties.

Here are their totals. It looks like 2 oz is 2 pts for all.

When I buy my deli meat I always ask the girl at the counter for the label info and I write it down in a little notebook. When I get home, I write the points value on the label of the bag they put it in. There is so much to remember that if I didn't do that, I'd be writting the wrong points down all the time! The girl saw me with my points slider one day and asked if I need to know the info (obviously one of US ) We're everywhere!

I hope this helps.

Colette

POINTS values
Boar's Head Londonport, top round seasoned roast beef, 2 oz = 2
Boar's Head Oven-Roasted Choice Top Round, No Salt Added, 2 oz= 2
Boar's Head Seasoned Cap-Off Top Round Fillet Of Roast Beef, 2 o=z 2
Boar's Head Deluxe Low-Sodium CapOff Top Round, 2 oz= 2
Boar's Head USDA Choice Cap-Off Top Round Pastrami, 2 oz= 2
Boar's Head No-Salt Added Cap-Off Top Round, 2 oz= 2
Boar's Head Cooked Cap-Off Choice Corned Beef Top Round, 2 oz= 2

Thanks a lot for checking that out for me! I'll go with 2 points, hehe.

I actually didn't think about looking at the label. I did, however, choose the lean when she asked what cut I wanted. It would've been smarter to just look, lol. I,too, write down points ahead of time when I can. You see the canned good in my pantry....I took a sharpie and wrote the points right on the outside of all my soups, hehe!! (i had time to look them all up one day)

You are very welcome...anytime you need me to look something up I'm more than happy to.

Funny...I thought of writing points down on the deli meat...but not the canned goods! What a great idea ...THANKS! I'll do that! What a time saver!

See...this is a perfect example of what my leader Jan always says..."Individually we are smart...together we are BRILLIANT

Thanks for the great idea!

Blessings, Colette

WOW...you guys really do great things to help you!!!!

I relied a lot on my Complete Food Guide at first.  I am trying to get more into it again 'cause I am starting to use a lot of the same foods over and over!

I'll keep your hints in mind!
