This flavorful spread is ideal for sandwich wraps, as a topping for crackers or simply for dipping crudités.
6 oz roasted red peppers, (water-packed), drained 6 oz marinated artichokes, drained 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 cup basil, fresh, packed or 1 tsp dried 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
Instructions
1. In a food processor, combine peppers, artichokes, basil, oregano and garlic powder; process until blended but still slightly chunky. 2. Cut cream cheese into small chunks and combine with vegetable mixture until blended. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Yields about 1/4 cup per serving.
