I don't know why I didn't think of posting a seasonal challenge for Lent until now...but it came to me this morning that it might be a good idea.

I've posted Lenten recipes (meatless and fish) next to the St. Patrick's Day recipes. If you all have any great meatless recipes to post, please post them under the Lenten category. I'll move them to their appropriate category after Easter.
