because I am not going to WW tonight! There are 2 reasons...1. (and a big one) I gained 3 lbs over the weekend!!!!! I didn't drink near enough water. Plus I think the hot tub was too hot and I think we both got a little dehydrated. We couldn't get enough to drink after we got out. David had gained, too, but lost it all as of this morning. When I get dehydrated though, my body hangs on to the water!
Reason #2....I really don't feel all that well. It started last night and just isn't getting better. Just feel kinda yuck all over. So David is sending me home after Andi Beth gets out of ballet. I'll just do a lot better this week!

Chelle...I know how you feel! Here we go passing that weight back and forth again! Don't get discouraged...the weight will be lost...this is a life long journey so you have all the time in the world. Be kind to yourself!
Just drink your water...lots of it...cut back on the salt and you'll lose it.

Thanks sweetie! I got on the scale this morning and had lost another lb. David thinks I did get dehydrated and my body always takes several days to get back to normal. My electrolites seem to really be messed up. I am sick and dizzy. David wants me to try drinking some of that PowerAde Options. It is like a diet PowerAde.
Not even going to church tonight. I'm afraid some of them will freak out that we aren't there! But we gotta take a break or we are going to hit bottom! Even our girls are worn out.
