When I started gaining again that is...not the actual weight I started WW with...sorry 'bout that!
I lost the 1.2 I gained last week!!!!! Yea!!!!! That means just 0.2 and I'll be back to what I was before this gain started.
I did decide to try some other things before switching to Core. I just see Core as difficult paritally because I love bread so much and I think, too, if I was at home more instead of out all the time with work and the girls things.
Anyway, yesterday I didn't scrimp on my points before I weighed. I normally would have only 8 or less points (normally less) on Tuedays out of my 22 trying to keep my weight down. I ate about 1/2 my points yesterday. I am wondering if I was sending my body into starvationg mode and then all the water I would drink...if it was causing me to retain the water.
So I will do better on weigh in day about my pts. I also did my Pilates most days this week! Worked my hips yesterday....ohhhhh I'm so sore!!!!! Then today I am going to try to run up to the sports arena here on campus and walk at least a mile starting off. You can walk around 4 times and it is a mile. Either that or track around the football field. We will see if that helps. I am also trying to not eat the same ole things I have been.
I am doing much better this week than last!!!!
Oh...Coe!!! Got a recipe last night for Triple Chocolate Mocha Latte...going to post it now!!!! Unfortunately it's not Core..but is is just 2 pts!

YEAH CHELLE!!! That's great! I'm so proud of you for doing your exercise and being so good! You are going to be to goal before long...and youa lready are looking fantastic!
