Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Place peppers and onions on sheet, sprinkle with oregano and bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Slice pepper into strips. 3. Grill steak until cooked to desired tenderness. Serve topped with peppers and onions.
