1 can (16 oz) fat-free refried beans 1 cup salsa 3/4 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese 4 sliced green onions 1 tomato, chopped 1 cup fat-free sour cream hot sauce (optional) 1/4 cup pitted black olives, sliced
Blend beans, hot sauce (opt), and 2 Tbsp water in blender or food processor. Spread on 12" serving platter. Leaving a 1" border, top bean mixture with tomatoes and salsa. Top with sour cream and cheese leaving a 1" border. Sprinkle with olives and green onions.
Serving suggestions: If you're following Core, we recommend celery, carrot, slliced green peppers, or jicama strips...or use your points allowance for chips. If you're following Points, we recommend baked or fat-free chips. Don't forget to count the points for the chips.
