Raspberry-Peach Smoothie (Core/2 pts)

beverages | This refreshing blend of sweet raspberries, juicy peaches and yogurt puts the “smooth” in smoothie. Add more or less Splenda to meet your taste.

6 oz plain fat-free yogurt
1 medium peach(es), sliced or 1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened sliced peaches (thawed)
1/2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, or to taste

Instructions


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve. (Note: For a thicker smoothie, add 1/4 cup of ice cubes before blending.)
